Early June saw the Queens Jubilee long weekend and Abbie & Chris’s fabulous wedding at Pembroke Lodge Richmond Park. The day started with hair and makeup at Abbie’s parents home. Abbie had thought of so much detail, her wedding dress had a little piece of her mother’s wedding gown sown into her dress, the bouquet had a little medallion with her grandfather’s photo and her sisters bouquet had a little message too, all really thoughtful. There were lovely gifts and lots of laughter from everyone while they were getting ready. Before long we all set off for Pembroke Lodge in the heart of Richmond Park, for an outdoor wedding ceremony. It was blisteringly hot with beautiful blue sky and the chance of a Jubilee fly over, so lots of excitement and expectation as everyone waited for the arrival of Abbie. In the meanwhile Chris and his best man waited patiently with the guests in the outdoor ceremony area, which had a stunning flower arch by Lavenders of London

from Trilion Productions After the ceremony everyone was served cool refreshments as we worked through the group photos and listened to the Sax Player During the wedding breakfast Chris was given a surprise when a Singing Waiter, Matt Corner @mattcorneractor, set the room alight with his energetic line up of songs, a secret surprise gift from Abbie and everyone was up on their feet dancing and singing along.
The evening was blessed with a beautiful sunset and a little rabbit hopping around, to the joy of Abbie and Chris, who love rabbits and were delighted to their bride and groom photos done with a little rabbit looking on.
